Job Description
Perform major and minor repairs, PMS schedules and systematic troubleshooting of equipment undergoing preventive maintenance.
Systematic troubleshooting and repair of major components (engine, transmission, differential, axle).
Brake and pneumatic system check-up/repair.
Conduct steering system check-up/repair, including alignment of front suspension, and repair/overhaul of steering pump, gear box and other related parts.
Conduct suspension repairs (bogie unit repairs including spring/bushing and torque rods).
Address basic/minor electrical failures, replacement of bulbs and fuses, and welding jobs.
Perform other equipment-related tasks as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor/Chief Mechanic.
