Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient facility operations.
Manage capital projects from planning through completion, ensuring compliance with safety, food safety, budget, and timeline requirements.
Provide leadership and direction to the maintenance team, including hiring, performance management, coaching, development, and employee relations.
Ensure equipment, maintenance practices, and work environments meet all regulatory, corporate, and safety standards.
Promote a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and employee engagement through training and process optimization initiatives.
Manage maintenance purchasing, parts inventory, maintenance documentation, and reporting requirements.
