The Maintenance & Facilities Lead is responsible for maintaining restaurant equipment and facilities, leading the maintenance team, coordinating repairs, and ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient environment for both team members and guests.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the restaurant maintenance team.
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on restaurant equipment and facilities.
- Coordinate outside vendors for specialized repairs.
- Maintain maintenance schedules, repair logs, and equipment records.
- Train team members on proper tool usage, safety, and basic equipment maintenance.
- Respond to urgent maintenance needs to minimize operational downtime.
