Pertemps are recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer on a 3-month fixed-term contract.
Pay Rate: £20 per hour
We are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious engineer with mechanical and/or electrical engineering experience to support the operation and maintenance of renewable energy equipment. This role plays a key part in ensuring the safe, efficient and compliant running of plant operations, helping to convert organic food waste into clean energy.
Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical and PLC systems
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and complete reactive repairs to minimise downtime
• Maintain and support specialist equipment, including CHP units, Grid Entry Units and biogas compressors
