Minimum 5 years plus relevant post qualification experience in oil & gas, fertilizers, chemical industry or any other reputed industry.

Must possess strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in top and major overhauling of engines, gas compressors, pumps, and workshop equipment.
Preference will be given to candidates with maintenance and troubleshooting experience on Waukesha , Caterpillar (CAT) , AJAX , Cummins (both gas and diesel generator sets).
Should be well-versed in ERP-based inventory and maintenance management systems.
Strong understanding of team leadership , budgeting , and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) practices are essential.
Must be self-motivated , proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
