The scope of services to be provided by the engineering Technician includes, but is not limited to:

• Responsible for the delivery of planned, preventative tasks
• Responsible for supporting reactive maintenance tasks allocated via the CAFM system
• Attend to engineering faults and failures to set priority response and fix times, ensuring safe working environments and maintaining business operations with minimal downtime.
• Undertake routine maintenance tasks across critical, essential, and non-essential building systems and assets, including HVAC, electrical, public health, fire, and all other building engineering systems.
• Across office and engineering environments, undertake measurements and surveys as directed.
