Responsibilities:

• Lead and train maintenance techs
  
• Manage weekly routes and scheduling
  
• Maintain quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
  
• Oversee openings, closings, and chemical standards
  

Requirements:

• 3+ years in pool maintenance or service management
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills
  
• Knowledge of pool systems and chemistry
  
• Valid driver's license
  

Compensation: $65,000-$85,000/year + benefits (PTO, health, dental, vision).
