Maintenance Decorator
Location: Mailbox, Birmingham

Hourly Rate: £16.30

Working Hours: Monday – Friday – (opportunity for overtime available) 
General Overview
To undertake improvement work, maintenance and repairs to the fabric of the building.
The responsibilities will be at the Mailbox Birmingham.

To undertake any reasonable duties to maintain all services to the Mailbox in Birmingham

To carry out all works in compliance with MITIEs KPI's & SLAs at the Mailbox in Birmingham
Impact

This role has an important role within the workflow process; the person will be actively involved in developing detailed knowledge, and the maintenance of building fabric on the Mailbox estate were instructed on a planned and reactive basis
