Pay Rate: $37.81/hr. on W2.weekly pay on W2 plus benefits of (Medical, Vision and Dental)
Contract Length: 12 months
Work Schedule & Training (100% Onsite):
Initial Training: Candidates will start on a standard 8hrs/5days schedule.
Secondary Training Phase: Will transition to 10-hour shifts.
Final Rotation (after approx. 3 months): Once fully trained, the candidate will move to a 12-hour 4/3–3/4 rotating schedule.
Shift Rotation: Candidates must be comfortable rotating between day and night shifts every 8–10
