Our client is seeking a highly organised Maintenance Controller to join a busy and fast-paced Plant & Fleet operation. This is a key role focused on keeping vehicles and equipment compliant, maintained, and operating efficiently whilst ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Previous experience in a fleet, plant, or maintenance coordination or service advisor role is highly desirable.
What You’ll Be Doing
Planning and scheduling servicing, MOTs, inspections, and calibrations
Coordinating bookings with suppliers, customers, and external repairers
Managing defect reports and arranging timely repairs
Raising and processing purchase orders
Monitoring compliance deadlines and ensuring SLAs are consistently met
