Job Description Accountabilities What You'll Own Reliability & Asset Management Develop and execute a comprehensive reliability strategy that improves equipment availability, reduces downtime, and increases overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). Lead preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs utilizing CMMS, vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, and IIoT technologies. Establish best-in-class asset management practices to maximize equipment lifecycle performance and reduce total cost of ownership.
