Responsible for managing resident requests and engaging in proper follow-up to ensure work orders are completed in a timely and satisfactory manner. This includes but are not limited to maintenance, pest, quality assurance and general work orders.
Deliver excellent customer service to develop long-term relationships with our valued residents.
Prepare units for occupancy including but not limited to painting, drywall repairs, heating, plumbing and minor electrical repairs. Ensure market ready apartments, common areas, and amenities are clean and maintained daily to Avenue Living Residential quality standards.
Participate in property improvements and preventative maintenance scheduled tasks.
Perform repairs and maintenance to building systems and conduct regular inspections.
Complete routine repairs such as exterior door adjustments, hinges, and locks.
