MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT (WITH REFRIGERATION EXPERIENCE)

Stellenbosch: My client, an established and world-class wine and hospitality estate in Stellenbosch, is seeking to appoint a Maintenance Assistant with refrigeration experience. This role is suited to a technically skilled, hands-on individual who takes pride in high standards, enjoys problem-solving, and is able to work independently while contributing to the effective upkeep of a premium estate environment.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:  To support the maintenance team in ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of all estate infrastructure, equipment, and facilities, with a particular focus on refrigeration systems, general building maintenance, and preventative upkeep across the property.
