**Job Description**

This role is for a maintenance mechanic working in a manufacturing environment, responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical and basic electrical systems to ensure smooth and reliable production operations.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform routine and preventative maintenance on mechanical equipment and systems within a manufacturing environment.
+ Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair conveyors, gearboxes, and related mechanical components to minimize downtime.
+ Use hand tools and test equipment, including a multi-meter, to diagnose mechanical and basic electrical issues.
+ Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly and safely, identifying root causes and implementing effective repairs.
