            Responsibilities  Handle incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and courier coordination 
Sort, distribute, and ensure timely delivery of documents within the office 
Maintain records of mail and shipments 
Perform basic administrative duties (filing, scanning, data entry) 
Manage office supplies and keep the mailroom organized 
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor 
 Details  Punggol or CBD (can choose) 
Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm 
$1,800 - $2,000 
 Requirements  Min 2-3 years of experience in mailroom, logistics or related operations 
Able to handle confidential documents and process courier invoices 
Good in PC skills (Word, Excel, email)
