Overview
The Magnet Program Director will:
Maintains expert knowledge of current Magnet requirements and ensures organizational awareness and success by serving as a liaison to the ANCC Magnet Program Office.Manages all components of the Magnet application process including development and submission of written documentation and coordination of the site visit.Collaborates with the senior nursing leadership team to ensure the nursing strategic plan supports efforts to achieve and maintain all aspects of the Magnet program.Participates in and provides guidance and direction to professional governance councils and committees related to organizational goals and Magnet criteria.Collaborates with leadership and professional governance councils to continuously improve clinical, patient experience, and nurse engagement outcomes related to Magnet standards.Provides education and mentorship related to Magnet requi...
