Magento Support Engineer (remote)
Location: Toronto, Ontario (remote). This role focuses on providing application support for Adobe Commerce (Magento).
Responsibilities
- Incident management, bug resolution, performance tuning, environment monitoring, and support for integrations across global eCommerce operations.
- Troubleshoot Magento storefront, Admin, API, checkout, and order flow issues.
- Resolve module conflicts, theme rendering issues, indexing failures, and caching problems.
- Manage incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, and apply patches or configuration fixes.
- Support Elasticsearch, Redis/Varnish caching, CDN configurations, and DB performance.
- Monitor logs, queues, cron jobs, and overall system health.
- Troubleshoot integrations with ERP (SAP/Oracle), PIM, OMS, payment gateways, shipping, and tax services.
