**Job Title: Machinist**

**Job Description**

This role is based on a machine shop floor alongside a small team of approximately ten machinists. You will hollow out metal bars to precise diameters for use in future medical device production. The position requires working autonomously with periodic check-ins with a supervisor and production management, following a 4x10 schedule and consistently meeting tight measurement and quality standards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate CNC and other machining equipment to hollow out metal bars to specified diameters for medical device components.
+ Work independently on the machine shop floor while coordinating with supervisors and production management during scheduled check-ins.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and manuals to understand machining requirements and specifications.
