**Job Title: 5-Axis CNC Machinist / Operator**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on setting up and operating 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machines to produce precision components for aerospace, space, military, and advanced manufacturing applications. You will use a variety of machine tools, cutting tools, and precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet strict specifications and quality standards, while contributing to continuous improvement of machining processes.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up and operate a variety of 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machines, cutters, and work-holding tools to produce precision parts according to specifications.
+ Calculate dimensions and tolerances using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, portable CMM, and FARO arms.
+ Machine parts to exact specifications, ensuring proper selection and use of 5- and 3-axis machines for each job.
