Key Responsibilities:
Perform mould changing, machine setting, and start-up activities.
Set process parameters and optimize machine performance.
Troubleshoot moulding defects and machine-related issues.
Ensure product quality as per specifications.
Carry out routine preventive maintenance and coordinate with the maintenance team for breakdowns.
Minimize cycle time, material wastage, and production downtime.
Follow safety, quality, and 5S standards on the shop floor.

Qualifications

3–10 years of experience as a Mould Machine Setter in an injection moulding manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience in mould changing, machine setup, and process troubleshooting.
Knowledge of injection moulding machines and mould maintenance.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
ITI/Diploma qualification.
