Join a highly automated, state-of-the-art manufacturing team where you will help set up, run, and monitor CNC and other automated equipment to produce high-quality parts. You will work closely with experienced technicians to operate advanced machinery, troubleshoot process issues at a technical level, and support continuous improvement in a modern production environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up CNC equipment and related tooling according to production requirements and established procedures.
+ Run and monitor automated manufacturing equipment, including CNC tooling, to produce production parts to specification.
+ Assist with configuring and operating advanced automation systems such as PLC-controlled equipment, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and robotics.
