POSITION SCOPE
To safely operate, maintain and improve a packing line to meet the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) plan cost effectively and to agreed customer requirements.
SHIFT: Mon-Friday
Week 1 - 3 dayshifts (We,Th,Fr) Week 2 - 3 nightshifts (Mo,Tu,We)Week 3 - 2 dayshifts (Mo,Tu) & 2 nightshifts (Th,Fr)Revert to Week 1 etc. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate packing line(s) and other offline equipment to safety, environmental, quality, hygiene and output standardsComplete required quality checks, compare results against specified parameters and follow Company Quality procedures for action where requiredAdjust plant when appropriate to ensure agreed specifications are maintainedUse FLT’s to supply lines with packaging equipmentUse knowledge and experience to anticipate problems where possible and to solve problems when they do ...
