**Job Description**

This role operates specialized slitting machines to cut plastic film into precise sizes and shapes according to customer orders. The Machine Operator sets up and adjusts equipment, performs changeovers, and handles cores and finished rolls while maintaining high quality standards, safety, and productivity on either a 2-2-3 night shift or 2-2-3 swing shift schedule.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up and operate slitting machines to cut plastic film into specified sizes and shapes based on customer orders.
