What You’ll Do Lead and manage a team of SDRs to consistently exceed pipeline targets Own end-to-end lead generation strategy (Inbound + Outbound) Drive prospecting, qualification, and pipeline creation for Enterprise & Mid-Market segments Define and refine ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and targeting strategies Partner with Sales & Marketing to align on revenue goals Coach team members on messaging, objection handling & communication Track performance metrics and optimize conversion funnels
