**Job Description**

This role focuses on assembling large sheet metal equipment and control panel structures at a fabrication facility in South Bend, IN. You will work at heights and on ladders, using hand and power tools to fasten, fit, and assemble metal components while following quality and safety standards. The position involves working closely with a team and is well suited for individuals with construction or mechanical assembly experience.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assemble and fasten sheet metal panels, joints, and seams using bolts, rivets, caulks, metal drive clips, and other fasteners to build complete products and subassemblies.
+ Use power tools such as drills, impacts, grinders, saws, and plasma cutting equipment to cut, drill, and prepare metal components.
