This is a highly deal‑focused role and will suit a hands‑on lawyer who enjoys drafting, negotiating, organising transaction processes, managing stakeholders, and driving deals to completion.

Qualified lawyer with approximately 8+ years’ PQE.

Strong M&A experience is essential, ideally from a leading law firm and/or sophisticated in‑house environment.

Experience in asset sales, infrastructure transactions, private M&A, fund placements or strategic investments would be highly relevant.

Hands‑on, proactive and commercially sharp, with strong drafting, negotiation and transaction management skills.
