Job Description

The Global M&A team is located in Amsterdam. The M&A team has global responsibility for all Philips M&A related activities and consists of top-level M&A specialists with wide ranging backgrounds, nationalities and competencies. You are expected to work three days a week in our office. Occasional travel and flexibility with regards to working hours is expected, as workload fluctuates and projects are spanning global timezones.

Your role:

1. Integration & Carve‑Out Execution

Lead integration and disentanglement programs across the transaction lifecycle, including sign‑to‑close preparation, Day‑1 readiness, stabilization, and TSA execution and exit.

Translate deal objectives, synergy assumptions, and separation logic into integrated execution plans and realistic timelines.
