Participate in the origination and end-to-end execution of M&A; and PFA deals
Develop detailed financial models to perform valuation exercises (DCF, FCFE, DDM, transaction multiple analysis, etc.), Fairness Opinions, and capital structure analyses (Acquisition Finance, maximum debt capacity, debt structure alternatives etc.)
Assist in the preparation of pitching materials and transaction documentation (including teaser, information memorandum, management presentation, process letter, internal presentations, and market debt sounding materials, among others)
Coordinate due diligence efforts by liaising with internal and external advisors, managing data rooms and facilitating information exchange
Interact with clients both during the origination and execution of M&A; and PFA deals
