Key Responsibilities Critical Systems Operations
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and vendor management for critical systems
  • Plan and execute project budgets and service requests
  • Coordinate audits, compliance, and security remediation activities
  • Manage AWS/GCC resources and infrastructure hosting
  • Liaise with external vendors maintaining the systems to ensure delivery of Change Requests are on time and of quality
  • Ensure business continuity for internet-facing eServices without any unplanned downtime out of maintenance period
