Role: M&E Asset Surveyor

Contract: Temp, Full-Time for 3 months
TSA Surveying are currently in partnership with a leading FM provider, who are looking to recruit several M&E Asset Surveyors to support a nationwide asset surveying programme across a portfolio of banking sites.
The successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out mechanical and electrical asset verification, condition and lifecycle surveys across sites throughout the North East. This is a full-time contract running until the end of October.
We are looking for experienced M&E Asset Surveyors, or individuals with a background in building services, whether from an FM provider, M&E consultancy, contractor, or directly for a building owner. You will carry out room-by-room surveys, recording mechanical and electrical assets, assessing their condition and remaining lifecycle, with all information captured using tablet-based surveying software.
