Mergent Group is seeking experienced Light and Heavy Vehicle Mechanics to join the team at Olympic Dam Mine Site.
Key Requirements:
Relevant trade certificate – Heavy Diesel or Light Vehicle Mechanic
Construction Industry White Card
Current Drivers Licence
Experience with Toyota Land Cruiser, Isuzu trucks, and Hitachi earthmoving equipment
Underground work experience
Air Conditioning ticket desirable
Some Auto Electrical experience preferred
Responsibilities:
Conduct general services and preventative maintenance
Use necessary electronic hand tools to replace and repair faulty parts
Maintain vehicle functional condition by conducting inspections, repairing engine failures, mechanical and electrical malfunctions, replacing parts/components, and repairing body damage
