In this role, you'll deliver exceptional, personalised service to our high-net-worth members, managing a wide variety of lifestyle requests across travel, dining, retail, entertainment and exclusive experiences, with a strong focus on the Middle East market.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end member requests, delivering tailored recommendations and exceptional service within agreed timeframes. Use your destination knowledge, supplier network and negotiation skills to secure the best travel, dining and lifestyle experiences.
