LPN - Novice Nurse

Maxim Healthcare is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) with less than one year of nursing experience to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes in and around the Willard, Ohio area!

Our Novice Licensed Practical Nurses are responsible for providing and documenting skilled nursing care in accordance with care developed for each individual patient in accordance with physician's orders when applicable.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Utilizes the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient/client care and/or contracted services
• Demonstrates on each assignment the provision of skilled nursing care rendered in accordance with prescribed orders
• Identifies and documents changes in patient's both physiologic and psychosocial condition
