Job Summary: Administers nursing care to an assigned group of patients based on physician's orders and nursing care plan. Consults with Registered Nurse to plan patient care. Performs a variety of direct and indirect patient care duties including data collection.
Minimum Education: Has completed the prescribed curricula of a practical nursing program or has completed equivalent coursework as approved and verified by a state board of nursing and holds or is entitled to hold a diploma or certificate therefrom.
