LPN Health Services Education Assistant On-call Substitute Various Locations Seven hours per day, which includes 6.5 hours of paid work time and 30 minutes of unpaid lunch time $24.67 per hour based on the current casual salary schedule, not benefits eligible

Essential Functions:

• Assess patient/student needs.
• Report to RN/LSN when needed.
• Collaborate and communicate with other health care providers.
• Provide health care information within the scope of practice.
• Provide input in the development of policies and procedures.
• Monitor and maintain student immunization information based on state law.
• Administer medication to students as delegated by the LSN and in accordance with district policies and procedures.
