**Full-Time LPN Case Manager – Worcester, MA**

Location: In-home assessments throughout Worcester, MA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Assignment: 13 weeks to start (Temp-to-Perm & Direct Placement options available)

**Compensation**

+ Pay Rate: $47/hour
+ Mileage Reimbursement: $0.72/mile
