We are seeking a Full-Time LPN Audit Nurse in our Agency!
Responsibilities & Duties for Full-Time LPN Audit Nurse:
• Develop initial consumer ISP's (upon admission) and maintain as appropriate (annually and with significant changes).
• Ensure ISP's and UAI's are uploaded and available in Credible
• Ensure UAI's are up-to-date and matches the ISP at all times.
• Periodic consumer chart audits
