The Loyalty Program Financial Analyst ensures the financial integrity of the Company’s loyalty travel programs by reconciling high-volume transaction data, validating redemption activity, and tracking supplier commissions from purchase through settlement. This role analyzes large data sets across multiple systems—including travel platforms, financial systems, and payment processors—to confirm accuracy between points redemptions, cash value, supplier payments, and client billing. Through detailed reconciliation, reporting, and financial analysis, the analyst identifies discrepancies, resolves data issues, and delivers insights that support operational accuracy, program performance, and financial accountability across the loyalty ecosystem.
