-Run commercial structured cabling projects start to finish -Read and execute from prints and drawings -Establish and manage cable pathways -Pull, dress, label, and terminate copper cabling -Build out and organize telecom/comm rooms -Perform testing using Fluke testers -Proper setup -Correct cable IDs -Accurate project naming Troubleshoot cabling and test failures Lead and manage crews -Keep teams productive -Ensure quality workmanship Provide daily progress reports -Cable counts -Work completed -Issues or delays
