Position Purpose:

The Lot Attendant is responsible for working in conjunction with the Customer Experience Leader to provide world class service and support for all yard related needs.



Position Responsibilities:

Continuously learn, share, and implement improvements in all processes and responsibilities as needed to enhance effectiveness of providing world class service and support.

Trailers

Relay information to the Yard manager when a trailer comes on the yard.

Inspect & park returned trailers and new trailers that are delivered.

If a trailer is returned with decals, park on Hinton for decal removal.

Install unit numbers, tags, &fleet locates.

Remove tags on sold trailers.

Release sold and leased trailers.

When releasing a leased trailer make sure it has a current DOT and tag. Also make sure the registration and DOT paperwork are in the document holder.
