EHS & LOSS PREVENTION MANAGER

We are looking for a highly motivated security professional with creativity, initiative, teamwork driven and project management skills to lead our Security Prevention Practices in Sephora Mexico. Will play a key role in the practice of loss prevention in stores and DC, but also as a team leader who will oversee the delivery of executive protection services, embedded consulting services as well as deliver training and consultancy.

Responsabilities

• Identify improvements, track and report on key performance metrics, which allow performance to be increased so that the desired results are achieved based on the business strategy.
• Ensure that internal controls are met according to CEDIS requirements.
• Follow-up on investigations of suspected theft and internal fraud; conduct interviews when appropriate.
