            Duties and Responsibilities Operate lorry crane to lift, move or reposition loads safety and precisely. 
Listen and carryout instructions given from ground crew or helpers via radio communication or hand signals. 
Direct helpers to position outriggers and blocks properly to prevent capsizing during heavy load lifting. 
Inspect, rig, and ensure that rigging applications are configured in accordance with the load chart and manufacturer guidelines. 
Assess loads to determine their weight and compare it against lifting capacity to prevent risk of overload. 
Interact closely with customer for accurate movement if materials and equipment. 
Inspect, clean and perform operator level maintenance in crane mechanism and hoisting components in accordance with standards. 
Perform daily safety checks to ensure equipment is in safe operating condition.
