            Job Scope  Coordinate with customer service team for transport and delivery arrangements 
Generate Job order for Drivers 
Liaise with Warehouse on forklift charges and raise PV for payment of forklift 
Handle schedule routing through in-house system 
Updating of customer service and sales teams on order delivery status 
Calculate monthly overtime for Drivers 
Maintain lorry profile, upkeep motor vehicles records 
Manage complaints from sales representatives or customers 
Liaise with customer’s rescheduling & orders
