Your role

We are looking for a Logistics Technician to join our logistics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently handling tools, goods and materials in our warehouse and tool shop. This position requires attention to details and the ability to handle multiple job responsibilities, set priorities and work with cross‑functional teams, customers and suppliers as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Manage all the administrative assignments in a timely manner
• Keep track of all tools and arrange with order in a proper storage
• All sending and receiving items entry should be done in AADMIS
• Keep up the calibration status for all tools and test equipment
• Replenish/purchase office supplies and manage them accordingly if needed
• Prepare and modify documents including correspondence reports, drafts, memos and emails
