Overview

Responsible for shipping purchase orders, documenting operations, carrying out imports and managing documentation such as invoices, certificates of origin, and commerce files while tracking shipments.

Responsibilities

• Create invoices for each shipment.
• Document shipments to meet importation requirements.
• Enter pedimentos in the system.
• Manage importation files and payments for custom brokers.
• Meet specific requirements of collections and direct deliveries.
• Coordinate shipments from each country based on the origin of the purchase order.
• Coordinate shipments for each port and destination warehouse.
• Assist purchasing with questions and requirements regarding shortages or wrong products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in international commerce or equivalent.

Licenses and Certifications

• Microsoft skills.
