**Position Overview**

We are seeking a Logistics Specialist to support daily transportation and logistics operations. This role is responsible for order entry, load tracking, appointment scheduling, dispatch support, and customer communication to ensure freight is delivered accurately and on time.

**Responsibilities**

+ Enter customer orders and load information into systems.
+ Track shipments and provide status updates to customers and account managers.
+ Monitor daily pickups and deliveries to ensure on-time performance.
+ Schedule and reschedule delivery appointments as needed.
+ Communicate with drivers regarding load status and delivery expectations.
+ Verify delivery information and upload Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation.
+ Investigate shipment issues, including shortages, damages, or delivery delays.
