Job Description

• Oversee and coordinate the activities of clerical and administrative logistics staff.
• Oversee the shipping and delivery of materials from one location to another.
• Arrange product pickups and deliveries with the company’s vehicle/transportation companies and route drivers accordingly.
• Communicate with couriers and trucking companies to ensure that items/shipments are packed, sent, and delivered in a timely manner.
• Study the company’s needs and manage inventory based on the need for keeping certain items in stock.
• Responsible for informing the re-ordering of items as needed to maintain sufficient inventory levels to secure Top Management approval.
• Perform other related obligations that may be delegated from time to time.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data entry.
