Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, responsible for carrying out all transactions related to import and export of all goods.
Import Activities
- Contact vendors and suppliers abroad for import orders
- Search and select transporters
- Register with bonded warehouse
- Enter documents into the systems
- Organize import‑related payments
- Initiate and follow up on all customs related activities
- File according to cost estimations
- Handle all activities related to letters of credit
Export & Transit Activities
- Communicate with customers abroad
- Search and select transporters
- Initiate and follow up on all customs related activities
- Communicate with carriers
- Schedule pickups
- Coordinate transportation equipment with shipping
