What You Will Do

Repair Order Management

• Receive and validate repair requests from customers or internal departments.
• Create and maintain repair orders in the ERP/CRM system (e.g., Syspro, Salesforce, or equivalent).
• Create PI (Performa Invoice) in the customer portal.
• Assign and track repair jobs to technicians based on service type, warranty status, and priority.
• Monitor repair progress and ensure timely completion within agreed SLA.
• Update order status and repair details in the system accurately.
