The Logistics Operations Specialist / Lead will oversee the end-to-end logistics lifecycle for our e-commerce platform. This role balances day-to-day logistics operations execution with strategic 3PL management. You will be responsible for ensuring that orders are processed, shipped, and delivered within SLAs while driving down logistics costs and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily Operations & Fulfillment Management

• End-to-End Oversight: Monitor the daily flow of orders from platform purchase to last-mile delivery.
• Reverse Logistics: Establish, optimize, and oversee the returns and refund process to ensure rapid processing and minimal revenue loss.
• Issue Resolution: Act as the primary escalation point for delivery failures, lost packages, or damaged goods.
